Electrodes are key components in the production of SCs, and strategies for selecting suitable electrodes play a decisive role in their specific power and energy storage performance. The project aims to diversify 3D carbon-based materials derived from MOFs by impregnating them with metal oxides (MOx) such as ZnO, MnO<sub>2<\/sub>, and WO<sub>3<\/sub> for use as electrode materials in hybrid SC devices. Here, their electrical properties are improved by controlling and adapting the size, shape, defects, interface phenomena, and porosity of the nanostructures of the materials. The highly sensitive EPR spectroscopy method is used to characterize the structure of defects, such as carbon-related defects or defects associated with oxygen vacancies in the proposed materials. Characterization by spectroscopic techniques on the surface and at the interface of the electrodes and their influence on the electronic, optical, and electrical properties of nanocomposites is performed to improve the material properties so as to obtain new SC electrodes based on 3D-carbon\/MOx to improve energy storage capacity and achieve operating voltages greater than 3 V.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
