Deadlines & fees

The IX ESIR WORKSHOP will be organized in the conference hall of the "Napoca Hotel". There will be all the facilities for lectures presentetations: multimedia video-projector, retro-projector, sound amplifications. A generous space will be available for the poster sesions. The participants will have internet access.

The participation fee covers all the activities related to the worksop. An abstract booklet and a CD-ROM with the extended abstracts of all the contributions (or full paper contributions, if available before April 30) will be edited. A pre-conference site-seeing tour will be organized. We will have an "ice breaking party" on Monday evening and a "conference dinner" on Wednesday. Tuesday in the afternoon, we intend to have a very interesting excursion to a salina in Turda. From Monday to Tuesday, the mid-day dinner will be served at the restaurant of the hotel. During the conference coffee breaks wil be organized.

Publication

The journal "Isotopes in Environmental and Health Studies" will publish a special issue of the 9th ESIR Conference after the workshop. The manuscripts have to be submitted to the Editors of the IEHS until September 2007. All papers will be peer-reviewed. A special information is given during the ESIR meeting.

Papers of the last ESIR Conference were published in IEHS vol 42, issues 3 - 4, 2006.
