Atestarea provenien\u021bei este un subiect important pentru siguran\u021ba alimentar\u0103, calitatea alimentelor \u0219i protec\u021bia consumatorilor, precum \u0219i pentru respectarea standardelor interna\u021bionale, a legisla\u021biei na\u021bionale \u0219i a ghidurilor standard. Asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i metodele utilizate pentru autentificarea produselor alimentare, prezint\u0103 un interes deosebit, at\u00e2t din punct de vedere comercial, c\u00e2t \u0219i juridic. Tehnicile de amprentare nu sunt neap\u0103rat axate pe identificarea tuturor elementelor constitutive, ci mai degrab\u0103 pe recunoa\u0219terea modelului, a\u0219a-numit\u0103 amprent\u0103. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent, impactul asupra compozi\u021biei minerale \u0219i izotopice, de-a lungul lan\u021bului de produc\u021bie, de la materia prim\u0103 proasp\u0103t\u0103 la produsul alimentar final, a fost slab evaluat. Acest proiect va eviden\u021bia utilitatea compozi\u021biei minerale \u0219i izotopice ca trasori geografici, indiferent dac\u0103 matricea este procesat\u0103 sau neprocesat\u0103. \u00cencep\u00e2nd cu implementarea sistemului de trasabilitate a produselor agroalimentare, cre\u0219te \u00eencrederea \u0219i con\u0219tientizarea consumatorilor, motiv\u00e2nd astfel produc\u0103torii s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 resurse financiare \u0219i umane \u00een acest lan\u021b. Se poate afirma c\u0103 punerea \u00een aplicare a conceptului de trasabilitate pentru produsele agricole transilv\u0103nene reprezint\u0103 o situa\u021bie benefic\u0103 pentru toate p\u0103r\u0163ile implicate, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103, comunitatea local\u0103 poate beneficia de alimente proaspete \u0219i nutri\u021bionale de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate \u0219i, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, s\u0103 sprijine o agricultur\u0103 durabil\u0103 \u00een regiune.<\/p>\n

Obiectivul general al proiectului AGRICHEM este promovarea produselor agroalimentare rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, \u00een special a celor din Transilvania, prin eviden\u021bierea celor mai importan\u021bi markeri caracteristici ai produselor locale (ciuperci din flora spontan\u0103 \u0219i sucuri naturale ob\u021binute din fructe locale), \u00een contextul autentific\u0103rii \u0219i trasabilit\u0103\u021bii acestora.<\/p>\n
