Pentru polimerii \u00een bulk s-a demonstrat structura acestora, mai precis unit\u0103\u021bile monomerice ce constituie structura polimeric\u0103 prin analize structural specific precum RMN pe solid, FTIR sau MS.<\/p>\n<p>Noi monomeri\/polimeri ob\u021binu\u021bi au capacitatea de aderen\u021b\u0103 la suprafe\u021be precum sticla, nanoparticule de TiO<sub>2<\/sub> sau nanoparticule magnetice, proprietate demonstrat\u0103 prin AFM, potential zeta, analiz\u0103 termogravimetric\u0103, XPS sau microscopie electronic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Comportamentul optic al polimerilor c\u00e2t \u0219i a nanoparticulelor de TiO<sub>2<\/sub> sau magnetit\u0103 s-a demonstrat prin UV-Vis \u0219i fluoresen\u021b\u0103 at\u00e2t \u00een solu\u021bie c\u00e2t \u0219i prin microscopia confocal\u0103 de fluorescen\u021b\u0103. Pentru nanoclusterii magnetici ob\u021binu\u021bi prin metoda solvotermic\u0103 s-a studiat biocompatibilitatea cu 3 tipuri de celule HUVEC, A375 \u0219i fibrobla\u0219ti. Clusterii find internaliza\u021bi \u00een toate aceste celule prezent\u00e2nd fluorescen\u021b\u0103 specific\u0103.
