STRUCTURAL TRANSITIONS AND MOLECULAR RELAXATION PROCESSES IN DNA COMPLEXES INVESTIGATED BY VIBRATIONAL SPECTROSCOPY |
National Institute for Research and Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies Cluj-Napoca |
Objectives:
DNA structural changes induced at neutral pH, in the presence of some divalent metal cations: nucleoside conformation, DNA backbone geometry and PO2- interaction.
(Sub)picosecond dynamics in DNA complexes, at neutral and acidic pH, in the presence of some monovalent and divalent metal cations.
A vibrational spectroscopy study on the structural changes in DNA nucleosides, induced at reduced pH values, in the presence of some divalent metal cations.
Molecular relaxation processes in DNA molecules at neutral pH.
DNA structural changes induced at reduced pH values, in the presence of some divalent metal cations: base electronic structures and base pairing.
DNA structural transitions, induced at low pH, in the presence of some divalent metal cations: nucleoside conformation, backbone geometry and PO2- interactions. |
