STAGE 1:
Study of the most important parameters that can be used in traceability and authenticity of honey and wine.
STAGE 2:
Develop new, robust, accurate and advanced methods for determining origin of honey and wine.
STAGE 3:
Develop new advanced “fingerprint” methods that can establish honey and wine adulteration along the production chain.
STAGE 4:
Elaborate experimental new models to integrate the data obtained in objectives 2 and 3.
STAGE 5:
Dissemination of the results and teaching of the young researchers in the field of the traceability of the food.
