2. Protocol for saliva samples collection, transport, and storage:

· Collect saliva samples using the passive drool technique;

· Samples are centrifuged to remove oral impurities, including epithelial cells and food residues, and the supernatant is collected;

· Transport samples to the lab.

Objective 1 Establish the biomolecular composition of healthy saliva

1.1  Determine an appropriate protocol for the collection, transport, and storage of the saliva samples  - Scientific report

1. Literature study

· Investigate the methods used for saliva collection and samples preparation;

· Raman and SERS measurement conditions and data analysis;

· Evaluate the identified salivary biomarkers specific to oral cancer.
