Aim of the project:

The proposed researches will be performed in two ways: 1) investigation of possibilities of the ¹⁵N labeled L-amino acids synthesis from their analogue DL-amino acids; it will be establish the most efficient procedures of synthesis of these compounds, by theoretical and experimental methods, 2) elaborately structure investigation of ¹⁵N labeled amino acids and gold nanoparticles functionalized with them (it will be examined the nature of interactions at the metal-biomolecule interface, nanostructure-liquid, as well as intra and intermolecular bonds formed by biomolecules, in order to establish reactivity and explain the properties of these nanoagregates).
