○Yes LORD !!! New year 2015 started with great enthusiasm !
In these first two months we installed a plasma reactor system which is used in the "Department of Physics of Nanostructurated Systems" (from our Institute) for processing and cleaning of nanoparticles and nanostructurated materials, in low pressure high frequency plasma. This system is part of the
"surface engineering applications" segment of our project.
Figure 1 presents an overall view of the system.
