The general objective of the project is to obtain microemulsions based on extracts of perennial plant (Sophora flavescens, Reynoutria sachalinensis and Rheum rhabarbarum) and their use as for plant diseases and insect control for cucumber, tomatoes and plum crops.
The specific objectives:
O1. Obtaining perennial plant extracts with an optimum composition of polyphenols, flavonoids, alkaloids and optimum antioxidant activity;
O2. Obtaining microemulsions based on the mixture of the plant extracts with synergistic effects and rapeseed oil;
O3. The antifungal/insecticidal evaluation effects of the obtained plant extracts on cucumber, tomatoes and plum crops.
