{"id":87,"date":"2025-12-04T09:08:31","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T07:08:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.itim-cj.ro\/memoac\/?page_id=87"},"modified":"2025-12-04T09:18:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T07:18:35","slug":"rezultate-etapa-2-2025","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.itim-cj.ro\/memoac\/rezultate-etapa-2-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Rezultate &#8211; Etapa 2 &#8211; 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Rezumat executiv al activit\u0103\u021bilor realizate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 a proiectului au fost ob\u021binute \u0219i caracterizate extracte polifenolice din specii vegetale perene cu poten\u021bial bioprotector: tulpini \u0219i frunze de <em>Reynoutria sachalinensis<\/em> (Rel, Re), r\u0103d\u0103cini de <em>Sophora flavescens<\/em> (S) \u0219i r\u0103d\u0103cini de <em>Rheum rhabarbarum <\/em>(Ru18 \u0219i Ru19). Scopul a fost ob\u021binerea unor formul\u0103ri stabile, cu con\u021binut optim de polifenoli \u0219i capacitate antioxidant\u0103 ridicat\u0103, adecvate integr\u0103rii \u00een microemulsii pentru combaterea organismelor d\u0103un\u0103toare \u00een agricultur\u0103. Evaluarea stabilit\u0103\u021bii extractelor la temperaturi sc\u0103zute \u0219i ridicate a confirmat rezisten\u021ba compu\u0219ilor bioactivi, ceea ce le recomand\u0103 pentru aplicare \u0219i depozitare \u00een diverse condi\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe baza extractelor selectate, au fost formulate microemulsii \u00een combina\u021bie cu ulei de rapi\u021b\u0103, \u00een concentra\u021bii de 1 % (R1), 3 % (R3) \u0219i 8 % (R8). Caracterizarea acestor microemulsii a eviden\u021biat diferen\u021be semnificative \u00een con\u021binutul de polifenoli \u0219i capacitatea antioxidant\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de tipul de plant\u0103 \u0219i de concentra\u021bia de ulei. Cele mai bune rezultate au fost ob\u021binute de microemulsiile pe baz\u0103 de frunze de <em>R. sachalinensis<\/em>, \u00een special Re-R8, cu 5,105 mg acid galic\/ml \u0219i 130,663 mM Trolox\/ml. Formul\u0103rile Re-R1 \u0219i Re-R3 au prezentat valori similare, confirm\u00e2nd poten\u021bialul acestei specii pentru dezvoltarea unor biopreparate eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testarea biologic\u0103 a fost realizat\u0103 \u00een spa\u021bii protejate, pe culturi de ardei \u0219i castrave\u021bi, evalu\u00e2nd eficacitatea extractelor de <em>Sophora flavescens<\/em> \u00eempotriva afidelor (<em>Aphis gossypii<\/em>) \u0219i a acarianului comun (<em>Tetranychus urticae<\/em>). Aplicarea extractelor \u00een concentra\u021bii de 1,5 % \u0219i 2,0 %, \u00een paralel cu etalonul (ulei de rapi\u021b\u0103 1,0 %) \u0219i martorul netratat, a ar\u0103tat reducerea rapid\u0103 \u0219i semnificativ\u0103 a densit\u0103\u021bii d\u0103un\u0103torilor \u00een primele 24 de ore: 72 \u2013 80 % pentru afide \u0219i 75 &#8211; 82% pentru acarieni. Doza de 2,0 % s-a dovedit constant mai eficient\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 eficacitatea scade gradual p\u00e2n\u0103 la a 7-a zi, indic\u00e2nd un efect predominant de contact \u0219i necesitatea optimiz\u0103rii formul\u0103rii \u0219i frecven\u021bei tratamentelor. \u00cen toate cazurile, tratamentele au fost aplicate peste pragul economic de d\u0103unare, confirm\u00e2nd capacitatea extractelor de a limita proliferarea popula\u021biilor de d\u0103un\u0103tori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen concluzie, extractele \u0219i microemulsiile ob\u021binute prezint\u0103 poten\u021bial pentru utilizare ca insecticide \u0219i fungicide naturale, reduc\u00e2nd dependen\u021ba de substan\u021be chimice \u0219i sprijinind dezvoltarea unui sector agricol ecologic \u0219i sustenabil.
