List of Project Personnel:

• ATTILA BENDE (CS I) - project coordinator
• VALER TOŞA (CS I) - senior experienced researcher - His role in the project will be to find out those laser field parameters for which the UV light coherent femtosecond pumping on ultrafast electronic dynamics of the spin crossover complexes give high efficiency, to interpret the transient absorption measurements for different spin states as well as to provide project management assistance using his wide experience in different national and international project coordination.
• CRISTINA MUNTEAN (CS I) - senior experienced researcher - Her role in the project will be the structural characterization of the spin crossover complexes using Raman spectroscopy technique.
• NICOLETA TOŞA (CS II) - senior experienced researcher - Her role in the project will be the characterization of different spin states in the spin crossover complexes using UV-Vis, fluorescence and transient absorption spectroscopy techniques.
• IOANA-GEORGETA GROSU (CS III) - postdoc researcher - Her role in the project will be the design of the chemical synthesis for different metal-coordinated macrocycles, as well as the structural characterization of the compounds using liquid-state NMR experiments.
• CĂLIN FLOARE (CS III) - postdoc researcher - His role in the project will be the structural characterization of spin crossover compounds using different theoretical models as well as extending his knowledge in the field of molecular excited states.
• MARIA MICLĂUŞ (Ph.D Student) - #Ph.D1 - She will be initiated into the field of metal-coordinated macrocycle synthesis and structural investigation of the compounds using liquid-state NMR and X-Ray diffraction techniques.
• ALEX FĂRCAŞ (Ph.D Student) - #Ph.D2 - He will be initiated into the field of molecular excited state calculations using different theoretical models, like DFT, TDDFT and will engage in different theoretical calculations supervised by the project coordinator.
