DIME Project Showcased at EU CAP Network Conference on Water Resilience in Agriculture
Dr. Loredana Soran will represent the DIME-Developing innovative solution for mitigation of drought effects project at the EU CAP Network Conference “Water resilience in agriculture: innovation in practice”, held in Hamburg from 19-21 May 2026.
DIME has been invited to contribute to this high-level European event dedicated to innovation, knowledge exchange, and showcase innovative solutions aimed at improving water resilience in agriculture and forestry.
The conference, organized by the EU CAP Network together with key European partners, will bring together experts, researchers, and practitioners from across Europe.
During the event, the DIME project will address key aspects of its development and real-world applicability, including:
☑️ progress in testing the drought-mitigation material
☑️ validation through real field crop trials
☑️ development of a commercial prototype
☑️ application rates per hectare
☑️ demonstrated reduction in water use
☑️ assessment of potential side effects
The event will take place at Kühne Logistics University, providing a dynamic platform for collaboration and exchange of innovative ideas.
