Objectives


1. Developing a microscopic diagrammatic perturbative theory of quantum magnetotransport in multiband systems, up to quadratic order in magnetic field.

2. Applying the obtained quantum magnetotransport formalism on various models of topological materials of interest.


  The estimated results:

1. Discriminating Berry curvature and quantum metric contributions to the magnetoconductivity.

2. Determine the quantum correction that that are not captured by the semiclassical Boltzmann theory.

3. Determine non-trivial responses in magnetotransport that could be detected in experiments on various topological materials.
