Characterizing the inclusion complexes, physico- chemical properties by
UV/VIS and fluorescence spectroscopy, ITC and X-ray diffraction

1. Inclusion complexes investigations by specific optical spectroscopy techniques.


2. Thermodynamic characterization ( ΔU, ΔH and ΔS) of the inclusion process by ITC


3. Obtaining inclusion complexes for X-ray diffraction studies


4. Participation with scientific papers at PIM 2009, Cluj-Napoca


 

2010 Objective:
Tridimensional structure investigation of molecular inclusion complexes

 

Activities

1. Cristaline structure determination of the synthesized inclusion complexes, using the SA partner X-ray diffraction equipment.


2. Modern methods implementation, based on NMR in order to characterize the physico-chemical properties of the inclusion compounds.


3. Computer modeling of the supramolecular architecture resulted from the inclusion process.


4. Correlating the X-ray, NMR and ITC data
